Das Aufgabengebiet

Entwicklung von Sourcing Strategien und Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen
Konzeptionierung, Erstellung und Umsetzung von Programm zur Kosteneinsparung
Leitung von strategischen Verhandlungen und spieltheoretischen Vergaben des Einkaufs
Durchführung von Transformationen im Bereich des Procurements (z.B. Total Operating Model, Prozessmodellierung)
Strategische Analyse von Materialgruppen-, Beschaffungsmärkten, technischen Spezifikationen
Führung von strategischen Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten (u.a. mit Monopolisten)
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von spieltheoretischen Vergaben

Das Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium
Nachweisbar mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Einkaufsabteilung (direkt und indirekt) eines Industrieunternehmens oder einer Beratungsgesellschaft inkl. Übernahme von Interimsfunktion(en)
Operatives Knowhow in der Verhandlungsführung und Strukturierung des Einkaufs
Praktische Erfahrung bei Turnaround-Projekten im Procurement von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Umgang von Procurement-Plattformen wie Coupa, Synertrade, SMART, SAP Ariba etc.
Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch und sicheres Auftreten
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie pragmatische, selbständige Arbeitsweise
Reisebereitschaft: Vier Tage pro Woche in der jeweiligen Beteiligung

Your mission

Development of sourcing strategies and optimization of procurement processes
Design, creation, and implementation of cost-saving programs
Leading strategic negotiations and game-theory-based tendering in procurement
Execution of procurement transformations (e.g., Total Operating Model, process modeling)
Strategic analysis of material groups, procurement markets, and technical specifications
Conducting strategic negotiations with suppliers (including monopolists)
Preparation and execution of game-theory-based tender processes

Your profile

Successfully completed degree in economics or engineering
Proven multi-year professional experience in the procurement department (direct and indirect) of an industrial company or a consulting firm, including interim roles
Operational expertise in negotiation and structuring of procurement processes
Practical experience with turnaround projects in procurement is a plus
Experience working with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Synertrade, SMART, SAP Ariba, etc.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English with a confident presence
Strong analytical skills paired with a pragmatic, independent working style
Willingness to travel: Four days per week at the respective portfolio company
